Want a little peek at the agency?

Lulu Events is a crew of bold, passionate humans. Almost 24 years of creating, reinventing, and setting the bar high in the world of event planning.

A few minutes with founder and creative director Mirella Di Blasio and you’ll get it right away, her imagination knows no limits. Add to that an innate sense of organization (she’s been at it since, well, pretty much the cradle!) and a talent for bringing people together. That’s the Lulu magic.

Lulu’s homegrown company culture

It’s true, we work hard, and our success is contagious. But keeping our team’s balance and happiness comes first, always. Being part of Lulu feels a lot like joining a family, and families take care of each other.

Think team buildings, 5 à 7s filled with laughter, spontaneous brainstorms, and sweet mornings to kickstart the day.

Sure, words like innovation, productivity, and ROI fly around a lot. But what really matters here? Kindness. Team spirit. And the quiet confidence that comes from knowing we’ve got each other’s backs

At Lulu, our greatest strength is collective; we grow, learn, and create as one. Always.

The serious stuff: roles & responsibilities

As a communications intern at Lulu Events, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a solid team, grow within a corporate event agency, and gain a deep understanding of every aspect of the industry, all while sharpening your skills in communications and marketing.

Event communications touch every stakeholder involved. Over time, you’ll learn how our industry operates and connects. Meanwhile, we’ll make sure to show you as many tools and processes as possible, your autonomy will be a real asset for both you and us throughout this experience.

As an active member of the team, your involvement will be key to creative and strategic brainstorms, content creation, and copywriting.

Bring along your organizational skills, we’ll help you strengthen your ability to prioritize tasks, which will be invaluable in your future career.

That said, we’re event producers, our world moves fast! We need to be dynamic, autonomous, and constantly in solution mode when dealing with the unexpected. We expect that same level of rigor and agility from every Lulu.

What you’ll want to keep in your back pocket.

What you’ll want to keep in your back pocket

We totally understand that your main mission right now is to learn and absorb as much experience as possible. That’s why we’re not asking for a traditional résumé or formal cover letter.

Instead, we’d love for you to show us who you are through your creations, whatever form they take!

Visual work: portfolio, design samples, etc.

Written work: blog posts, a university paper you’re proud of, articles, newsletters, even a cover letter that doesn’t start with “Dear Sir or Madam”.

Creative alternative: if you don’t have any of those yet, create a post using our three main social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook).

Choose a photo from one of our events, write a caption based on what you’ve learned about it, and show us your style! Then, tell us a bit about your thought process.

Tip: Be creative! We want to see you.

WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU !
