Dormakaba, a company specialized in access systems, locks, and hospitality solutions, inaugurated a large-scale factory in Montreal. This new facility will optimize the company’s processes and logistics to meet the growing global demand for access and security systems, particularly in the hospitality sector.
THE EXPERIENCE
Festivities Await
Under a tent decorated and arranged in the client’s colors, guests from all over the world (since Dormakaba is global) attended the official opening of the factory while mingling over a buffet during a breakfast and BBQ lunch.
A nod to the company’s expertise with centerpieces featuring state-of-the-art locks! This is what Lulu does best—repurposing everyday elements and highlighting the client’s products as they deserve.
CHALLENGES
Organizing an outdoor event involves a mix of elements to consider and prevent, which are very different from organizing an indoor event. Weather is a factor that can quickly alter the production flow! Not to mention setting up a tent in heavy rain, transforming a parking lot into a reception area, and showcasing the client’s key products through the event’s theme—these are challenges that characterized this inauguration.
Despite the bad weather, we celebrated the success of this inauguration in the factory’s parking lot, where all the teams adapted according to the weather.
